spagetti squash salad

Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:

1 middle-size spaghetti squash
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Poke four small cuts on the surface
  2. Put the squash in microwave for 14 minutes (turn around in middle)
  3. Cut the head and tail, then cut into half
  4. Wait until cool down
  5. Scoop out the seeds
  6. Pull the spaghetti-shaped flesh out using hand
  7. Mix salt, pepper, and sesame oil with the flesh in a big bowl
