Cook time: 60 min
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb glutinous rice flour (Picture1)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
3/4 cup dried cranberry
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Put butter in a big glass baking pan, and heat it in oven until melt (Picture2)
- Add all ingredients in the pan, mix completely (Picture3)
- Bake for 60 minutes (Picture4)
- Cut in small chunks and serve
Tips:
1.When preheat the oven, you can put butter in it to melt
2.Use electric mixer if you have one, if you use fork or whisk, make sure all the ingredients are mixed well (it may be easier to mix, if you put the pan into oven to heat up for 3 minutes, then take it out to mix again)
3.If you want less servings, you can use half of all ingredients, and bake for 40 minutes
